My name is Vikki Young, and I am the founder of Accountability Pretrial Services (APS). We serve as a trusted liaison between the courts and defendants, providing respectful, evidence- based supervision and support that helps people meet legal requirements while building safer, more stable lives.
WHAT WE DO
- GPS monitoring to ensure compliance and promote public safety
- Continuous drug and alcohol monitoring to assess needs and risks
- Individualized case planning and progress reporting to the court
- Referrals to treatment, counseling, housing, employment, and other community resources
OUR APPROACH
APS delivers firm, fair, and compassionate supervision. Every client receives a personalized plan grounded in assessment results and best practices, with measurable goals and regular communication with the court. We prioritize dignity, accountability, and practical supports that reduce recidivism and help clients succeed in their communities.
OUR MISSION AND VALUES
Our mission is to promote public safety and positive outcomes by connecting court-involved individuals with tailored monitoring, assessment, and community resources. We operate with integrity, respect, collaboration, and a commitment to evidence-based, client-centered solutions.
I started APS because I believe accountability and support can work together to produce lasting change. We partner closely with courts, service providers, and families to create realistic, effective plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
